I've been researching mediation lately, and one of my favorite teachers has a "Starter's Guide" to meditation.
"Yes!" I thought. That's what we need to get ourselves going. Simple, easily "digestible" (hehe) steps that can be immediately implemented and will change the trajectory of our lives.
