The Breakdown:

  • (1) 1 hour Introductory Phone Call where I get to know you, your lifestyle, your needs, your challenges, and your likes and dislikes. We discuss a new paradigm for health and get you ready to roll.
  • 5 Weekly 60 minute Phone Calls where we add new strategies, tools and tips, and get all of your questions answered!
  • Weekly Recipes and a “Staple” Grocery List make this as simple and as much of a “no brainer” as possible!
  • (2) SOS 30 min. phone calls any time of your choice. These may come in handy right before you sit down to a Holiday Dinner, or in the airport on your way to the in-laws for Christmas. We will talk through any stress or anxiety you may be experiencing that would normally lead you to find comfort through food. We’ll strategize a plan to reconnect you to your body and to your truth.

How it Works:

We start with a one on one phone call so that I can get to know you and your specific goals, likes and dislikes, concerns, and strengths. Then, we’ll create your plan. Each week you will be given the next step for an easy transition into a clean and lean body. Every phone call will load you up on tips for getting through whatever event YOU have on your calendar that week, as well as tips for creating meals that are fast, easy, and super fulfilling. On the call, you’ll also get a chance to share what’s working and what’s not so I can fully support your individual experience!

This program is based on High Energy, Clean, WHOLE Foods, like fresh vegetables (and their juices), and can include Avocados, Goat Cheese, Organic Eggs, High Quality Grains, Fish, Dark Chocolate, and Wine! This program works for Vegetarians, Vegans, Diabetics, and almost all specialized diets. I will teach you practical, key tips that make a HUGE difference in how you feel after your meal, and throughout the Season! You will be armed with a strategy that will get you looking and feeling better than ever without missing a single party!
