Good Morning Green Juice!

My most powerful tool for making health a lifestyle is my trusty morning green juice.

It's not always easy to commit to, but find out why and how I've decided to make it part of my morning ritual.

It can be green juice, a green smoothie, or a big fruit bowl!

Either way, flood your cells with the life, nutrients, hydration and oxygen that energize your body, open your pathways, and engage your mind in a feel good way that truly starts the day off right!

Here's one of my favorite green juice recipes:

Green Juice

1 head of Romaine
1 Cucumber or 1 head of celery
6 leaves of Kale or 2 handfuls of Spinach
1-2 Green Apples (for sweetness), or 3 drops of NuNaturals stevia
1 lemon
1 inch piece of fresh Ginger
