Here has been one of my favorite ways to dress up a green smoothie for an afternoon delight!
Green Espresso Smoothie Recipe
1 Bunch of Greens (Kale, Chard or Spinach work great)
1-1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk
2 Tbs. Raw Nut Butter (Cashew or Almond)
1 Tbs. Raw Coconut Oil
1-2 Cups of Frozen Mango
1 Cup of Ice
1 Tbs. of Raw Honey or Organic, Grade B Maple Syrup
2 Tbs. of Ground Organic Espresso or 1 Tbs. Organic Espresso Beans
