You know how when you're on a cleanse, or dare I say a "diet," and you're feeling SO GOOD, and you think to yourself, "I'm just going to do this forever!!!!" But then not even a week later you find yourself drowning in the same old s#%@?!
I HATED that feeling.
I always knew that food and movement were such keys to my wellbeing, so I'd dive into these awesome routines, and just as I was starting to believe I'd live there forever, I'd be berating myself for not sticking with it....again.
But when I got into cleansing, it was different.
My mentor, Natalia Rose, taught with such grace and confidence that cleansing was not the same as dieting. It wasn't based on deprivation. There would be no progress if you didn't fall in love with food again.
AND, cleansing necessitated that you take it step by step. Diving in head first, would literally give you a headache, and you'd be missing the "juice" that comes with slowly upgrading.
So I followed her advice, and before I knew it, I was living a completely different lifestyle than I had once been living.

I used to need tons of carbs and grains like oatmeal and bread and tortillas and chips. Now, I rarely crave grains.
AND even when I want to celebrate with a chocolate croissant - something I've loved since I was 6, or join in Friday night's tortilla chips and salsa, I do it fearlessly, because it doesn't bring me the high or even the joy it once did.
I also used to love dairy. Ice cream was my favorite. But of course cheese, pizza, milk chocolate....it was a staple.
Now, I rarely have dairy, and I truly don't miss it at all!
How did this happen?
I'll tell you it was NOT by dogma, deprivation, or dieting.
It was with small, specific steps, counterintuitive tricks of longtime cleansers, and ways of thinking about food and health that I had never considered.
I traced my steps, and I put EVERYTHING I know into this Lifestyle Masterclass. It's every step I've taken to not just temporarily eat and feel a little better, but to eat in a way that makes me consistently stronger, healthier, happier, and more of who I really am and who I want to be.
I walk you step by step through a process that you can make your own. I share all the little tricks and upgrades, and specific brands I've used to replace my addictions to wheat and dairy and sugar.
I include meal plans, recipes and of course a shopping list to get your kitchen detoxed and restocked!
It's the "how to's" of navigating parties and holidays and restaurants and kids.
